1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, certificates (if any), packaging, and invoice must be included.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@naulakhajewellersmoga.com or call us at +91-98154 21299 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. Our customer support team will verify your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it using a reliable courier service with tracking.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer.

Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

  • If replacement is approved, the replaced order will be delivered within 7 business days.

  • If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-10 business days

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
